We collect the following categories of personal information. If you contract with us to purchase our Services (our "Customers"), you authorize us to collect, process, and transfer the same types of information of your customers but you will be responsible for providing notification to your customers who are end users of the Services and obtaining all consents required under applicable laws and regulations. For these purposes, "End User" means a customer of one of our Customers who or which is an end user of our Service.

Contact Information: This is information collected on our Site from visitors and Customers seeking to obtain information or support, purchase our Services, receive our newsletters or access our blog. Contact information is obtained when you visit the Site or when you complete browser forms or online forms, and includes first name, last name, e-mail address, name of the organization, telephone number, and country ("Contact Information"). This Contact Information is used by our sales, support, and product teams to contact our Site visitors and Customers, as appropriate, for the purpose of providing the requested information, support, Services, newsletters, or other news, materials, or updates regarding our Services.

Information on End Users: A Customer of ours may (a) direct us to collect personal information regarding its End Users, strictly limited to IP addresses and email addresses, (b) maintain its End User information confidential in accordance with its own internal policies or (c) utilize the functionality afforded by our Services to collect limited private information from its End Users and maintain it solely within the Customer's environment. We use End User information to operate, maintain and improve our Services.

  • When You Visit Our Site or Use Our Services. We may automatically collect your IP address or other unique identifiers ("Device Identifier") for the computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other devices (“Device”) you use to access our Site. A Device Identifier is a number that is assigned to your Device when you access a website or its servers, and our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier. We and our third-party service providers may use a Device Identifier to, among other things, administer the Site; help diagnose problems with our servers; analyze trends; and track users’ web page movements over time.

    In addition, we automatically gather and store certain information about your visit from your browser or Device, such as your browser type, operating system type, length of time on the Site, and how you got to the Site. Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your personal information with third parties that perform functions on our behalf, such as service providers and vendors that host or operate our Site, analyze data, store data on our behalf, or for other data processing. We maintain an updated list of sub-processors, which is available to Customers upon request. The types of companies that may receive personal information and their functions are those providing: customer service and marketing assistance; business, sales, and traffic analyses and analytics; and support for our Site's functionality, payment processing, and other features offered through our Site and Services. All such third parties function as our agents, performing services at our instruction and on our behalf pursuant to contracts that require they provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by this Privacy Policy and implemented by Oraichain Labs US.
